unpretentious little film is my little Yanyan who advised me and I thank for this idea. At first glance it is clear that G & T has a lot of quality, a four-friendly humor often well seen and well proportioned, a bit of action, a bit of romance, all the elements being given a moderate dose so that the film is ultimately a pleasant look. and this time it is, is a good time before this film but it is obviously not free of defects ... Defects that are unfortunately Assé brooms, it is difficult to say anything bad about this feature because we feel that the intention of making a good thing there is but we must bow to the obvious. I deplore the lack of credibility so obvious, I know it's good humor, he should not take everything in the first degree and need to know where to cut corners but to force the round one this goes squarely up with a golf ball. So do not be surprised to see countless items inconsistent and unfair, then of course they will say "Is that it prevents back in action" and answer "yes unfortunately" because there really are very big parts. We pass quickly on the few passages warmed in terms of humor because this perspective the film is solid, well-fed this there are even passages that made me one howl with laughter but few jokes do not fly, not because they are bad but because they are overused .. . I also regret the fact that some characters other food too, so the hero and his brother has become much too large in the plot to the detriment of the other 2 (especially the driver who is useless must recognize it). All this put together can make Guns & Talks a little film likeable, unpretentious but nice. Violence: A bit but nothing bad. Sex: No sir. Shocking: No more.

The film begins Assé so simple and classic horror film (as The Red Shoes is indeed a horror movie), two girls who would bastonnent for a pair of one of godasses two eventually recover and die in agony, his feet pulled into the pumps, it tadada scary mother ... ... Well not really, say that the beginning is conventional but effective as long as this stage Assé shot in stark contrast to the much more original result. Moreover there are really two stories in this film, the story of one that will become the film's heroine who lives alone with his daughter after his divorce and a horrific story related pump (which are not red or pink by the way but the real must be color blind I guess lol). interest of TRS just how Kim Yong-kyun integrates and 2 stories coexist and eventually surprise us in an unexpected ending and mastered ... because everything is really embedded in this film, we do not lose it and running which seems at first confusing and sometimes incomprehensible become quite clear when we arrive at the conclusion of the film. I said in passing quality Actors and actresses, all excellent in their roles. Now for the negatives because there are few, primarily the length of some scenes, not all are perfectly well balanced in terms of duration, some would need to be a bit more fluid (including some scenes with the dancers for not spoiling) but mostly we did it real in the "wrong end", it is believed that the film reaches its conclusion when it restarts (one may as March), I always had a bit of trouble with this method, it is actually launched, our brain puts it in "end" (the former is a reflection I hung by the feet until that the family come to claim his body) and then poof! fake body is left is not dramatic, especially as the end (the real one) is excellent, but question is not the top rate, I would say also to give a broader perspective that fluidity is the weak point of the film, although sometimes it launched suffers slowdown or even a few awkward acceleration. I ended up with a few extra points, the atmosphere in a "Silent Hill" (the game eh, the movie does not exist in my view, mere respect for Christophe Gans (we all have accidents)) whether in the mood or sound in the physical environment (with some scenes of pure genius that point of view) and music that are just really great (especially that of generic end which is scary). Also noted that this film still makes me can stress what is rather a good point for it because I tend not to be very sensitive to horror movies, it can boast that contain some passages that go beyond the scene "quifaitsursauter" usual (still very present here). Ekusute - Japan :
Ekusute is a Japanese horror film out there can, in principle I tried a movie like this because the Japanese are connuent to do much and there are very good from this country (Ring bound but also Dark Water, for example). The beginning of the movie starts very boat but it continues in a more original, the heroine of the story intercede in presenting herself in a soliloquy to the camera, I read on a site it was an unnecessary move, but personally I think the contrary, it is the only passage interesting feature ... And yes, because I will not make you yearn more, Ekusute is a crap under any plans or substantially outside the original intro there's nothing to see: The scenario is so predictable that we can provide some final scene at the beginning the "plot", the characters are stereotyped to be, not in between two Ekusute or you're very nice either you're a bastard! must add to that a wicked stupid and ridiculous, a secondary story too intrusive and certainly not violence! I may be sick for a bloody past, but the purpose of a horror movie is still causing shock, to frighten, to show horrible things to cause unrest and fear of the viewer (which is then fully satisfied with the film because to love horror movies you must be a masochist can ^ ^). short nothing nasty here is not even gore, there may be a pool of blood in the film (at most), even worse, the scenes that are supposed to be "shocking" are laughable and ridiculous and dutout not dirty ... short, I'm usually not fond of horror movies but I'm not the kind airtight as there are quite a few that I loved, loved seeing, Ekusute does not excuse style. Besides, it is not the style of fishing but the pace of the film, in a word, especially when you are bored to wait half the movie for the first death ... At the Height of Summer **** ** Cyclo Vietnam :
vision Cyclo me want to immerse myself in "At the Height of Summer" (and not the horizontal summer as I said in my previous post, sometimes I'm lame, do not watch lol) and it looked like quite a while since I had not seen I could appreciate it a fair value, rediscover just what need to remember and not remember. As I said before ALVDE therefore is a real jewel, a marvel and secondarily in the same style as Saving Face x1000 but in power. Thus the film tells the story of three sisters in different destiny, each treated in a continuous narrative but in different ways as is so you can guess what story it is without even having to show the face of the protagonist (also a scene very well made this one of the sisters with a veil over his face and despite that it does not a second to guess who it is). one point of view of style found a bit of everything, Tran Anh Hung (who was also the real Cyclo, I recall the absent-minded or those who have not followed the entire course of the blog) has its technically inspired many great directors, some scenes are very Kim Ki-Duk (the scene of the veil), the other very Wong Kar Wai (the scene where you see a link outside and inside his brother with the portion of the wall cutting the image into two) ...
It is perhaps not inspired but in any case there are strong elements specific to these two directors, voluntary or not we do not blame him as the result is sublime, restrained, intelligent and poetic, the film starts each day with the story of Link and his brother who is in my eyes the most beautiful story of brotherhood never worn on a screen.
ALVDE The advantage is definitely its quiet side (another element that approximates Saving Face) everything progresses smoothly, even the dramatic elements are discussed with great gentleness.
Everything is served on an amazing soundtrack (I can put the end credits song looped for hours).
result is clear from the film head charge reverie, on a typical end to Mr Hung, who can (seem strange to the uninitiated but get very interesting when you know the director (to better understand what I mean, it takes at least see the real movie 2).
Only criticism I can make it, the film is perhaps a bit too long, it's not a big flaw because you are not bored and the story is well controlled but I would think some scenes might be shortened a little to be more fluidity.
Having it's nitpicking, this film is all so worship me, by the way thank you to Mai Lan for letting me know discover (even though I know she will never see this message I am a thank-principle) and thus making me discover the Vietnamese cinema is a very high quality, besides, I do regret that the Philippines have no real talented.
If you like movies that can speak something other than the misfortune of others, this film is a must ...
